Sreesha Sreenivasan: Empowering Individuals To Take Ownership Of Their Health & Recovery

Sreesha Sreenivasan
Co-Founder

We often use the term ‘hope’. To put it simply, we wish the best for everyone and hope that everything goes well today. The importance of just one word in our daily interactions cannot be overstated. On a grander scale, hope may determine whether or not one gives up or continues to fight. Sometimes the only thing that keeps us going is hope and may inspire confidence and the desire to make positive changes. For those already on the path to recovery, health, and healing, hope is a driving force in their will to become well. Sreesha Sreenivasan, in light of this, and driven by the potential to provide hope and healing to people all around the globe, Co-Founded the organization known as Health Revolution. To make the most of this opportunity and turn it into something tangible, Sreesha Sreenivasan relies on the significant operations and management expertise she has garnered working in the fields of healthcare, hospitality, education, and start-up businesses.

In addition, Sreesha has always been an enthusiastic participant in both academics and extracurriculars. She received a scholarship from the Army Educational Society and the prestigious NTSE scholarship, as well as a gold medal in college for Best Student. Sreesha was accepted into The Oberoi group's prestigious management training course and spent two years at The Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development after completing her undergraduate degree. Below is an excerpt of Sreesha Sreenivasan’s exclusive interaction with Women Entrepreneur magazine.

What are some important features of your expertise as an entrepreneur?

I have over 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare and luxury hotels. I learned the business through listening to industry leaders in all my previous roles. However, as co-founders of the American company Health Revolution, we're striving to make health care more widely available to the public. Our goal is to educate people that they may take charge of their health and use their body's natural healing abilities. Most chronic diseases may be reversed with lifestyle modifications including nutrition, eliminating trauma, relaxing activities, and meditation.

Introduce us to Health Revolution. In your opinion what sets the organization apart from its contemporaries?

Health Revolution is headquartered in the United States. The other Co-Founder is an American board-certified ER doctor. He has seen patients suffer far too longer than necessary from chronic illnesses. Cross-disciplinary competence in clinical medicine, medical science, healthcare management, education, philosophy, and spirituality are one of our biggest strengths. We urge people to take charge of their health and rehabilitation and inform them that most chronic illnesses are not terminal. Nutrition, activity, connection, and relaxation activate their bodies' innate healing power. This knowledge empowers healthy people to manage their health and avoid most diseases. A healthy body plus a healthy mind is the simple formula for optimum health, and it is achievable. If you have good health, you can explore the outer limits of human potential, as well and you have a shot at having everything else. Health and human potential are intimately connected. As you explore one, you open the doors to the other.

"Our objective is to make individuals aware of the fact that they can take charge of their health and bring their body's intrinsic capacity for healing into play"

Can you tell us more about the objectives and principles that Health Revolution is striving to uphold?

Our mission is to demonstrate that healing is possible and how, and in doing so, help each of us remember the tremendous power we have. Health Revolution proves that recovery is possible by sharing the stories of people from all around the globe who have experienced it. Our Healing is Possible podcast on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts features individuals who have reversed their negative health diagnosis. We explored and gained knowledge of what it means to heal, the most common pathways to healing, and the challenges preventing healing from becoming the new cultural norm. This requires an in-depth examination of societal beliefs, as well as science, philosophy, spirituality, and daily practices.

Also, the values that serve as the cornerstone of the Health Revolution are Love – for everyone, Clarity – on what true health is, Fidelity – to stay the course, and Audacity – to do whatever it takes to make our mission a global success.

What long-term strategies have you devised for Health Revolution as one of its Co- Founders?

To move our society from a state of disease to a state of healing, Health Revolution is working to construct a comprehensive environment to support the entire healing process, from knowledge to insights, practices, and change in mindsets, backed by science-based methodologies. It is estimated that hundreds of thousands of individuals have been cured of 'chronic' and 'incurable' illnesses, with the number likely to be far higher. They have shown that there is hope for recovery. Health Revolution conducts very powerful online health and healing programmes that are very popular with corporates for employee wellness initiatives as well as for individuals, led by an army of international instructors who are domain experts in nutrition, movement, connection and rest.
