India is digitising at the second-fastest rate in the world, on track to have a $1 trillion digital economy by 2025. The Indian information technology (IT) sector, which first served as the globe's back office, is currently supplying cutting-edge solutions that act as growth engines for businesses around the world. The sector has grown to be the foundation of India's development, encouraging creativity, business opportunity, and social liberation.

India's path to become a worldwide economic and technological leader will be accelerated by the fourth industrial revolution or the rapid digital transformation. Generation Z is already a part of this digital movement, and their skills and contributions will be crucial to achieving our goals as a country.

They stand for a force that has the potential to change our nation and provide us a competitive edge on a worldwide scale in terms of demographics, intelligence, and strategy.

Since 1996, children, teens, and women from low-income homes have received education and vocational training from Literacy India, a non-profit organisation in Gurugram. More than 7,50,000 people's lives have been impacted throughout 15 states in India thanks to its four-pronged development strategy, which focuses on education, employability, empowerment, and the environment. Literacy India has adopted the Dell Future Skills Project as part of its ongoing efforts to promote an environment that increases the potential of youngsters through appropriate skills.

The goal of this initiative, which is sponsored by Dell Technologies, is to provide Indian youngsters the skills they need to adapt to rapid technological change, future-proof their jobs, and develop into a strong workforce capable of meeting both domestic and international demands.
