Delegations of AJBWC partakes in Fifth Gulf Business Women Forum in Saudi Arabia

Ajman Businesswomen Council (AJBWC) sponsored the fifth Gulf Business Women Forum, which was held in conjunction with an exhibition with the theme "Gulf Women: Between Empowerment and Leadership," and was held at the Federation of GCC Chambers, Council of Saudi Chambers, and Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The delegation was led by Dr. Amna Khalifa, who is also a board member of the Ajman Chamber of Business and Industry and the chairwoman of the AJBWC (ACCI). The delegation included Abeer Eid Al Faraj, Director of the AJBWC's Office, Mona Saqr Al Matrooshi, Wafa Hassan Al Shamsi, Dr. Nora Al Marzooqi, and Wafa Hassan Al Shamsi, members of the AJBWC Board.

Dr. Amna Khalifa concentrated on the importance of the Discussion organised by the Jeddah Chamber and its role in improving the dedication of financial experts to the offices of trade and industry. She also highlighted the successes of female entrepreneurs and the extent to which they were committed to raising the Gross Domestic Product of the GCC countries. The Conversation is also a crucial forum for exchanging ideas and suggestions for enhancing the abilities of Bay financial experts, as well as for tying growth to the endeavours of money managers and growing organisation.

The AJBWC presented Dr. Amna Khalifa's working paper, "Women Personalities in the Field of Business and Finance." The working paper discussed a number of insightful and noteworthy experiences of female entrepreneurs, the importance of motivating and inspiring newcomers and those wishing to enter the field of private projects, as well as the role and diversity of innovative initiatives in expanding the projects of female entrepreneurs and turning their ideas into successful projects.

The Forum concluded with a number of suggestions, including "the significance of launching specific initiatives aimed at strengthening the role and status of Gulf business women, calling on the Federation of GCC Chambers to establish a permanent committee for Gulf business women's forums, and advocating the establishment of specialised centres to integrate digital and modern technologies in the work of business women and introduce such service as part of their package."

In order to examine possible areas of collaboration with Amani Bukhamseen, Secretary-General in charge of the Federation of Gulf Chambers, H.E. Nasser Huwaiden Al Ketbi, Consul General of the UAE in Jeddah, met with the delegation from the AJBWC.

The delegation from AJBWC spoke with H.E. Mohammed Yousuf Naghi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the JCCI, about ways to improve cooperation, opportunities for appointment swapping to benefit from innovations and services in the field of entrepreneurship, specifically for women entrepreneurs, and opportunities to take part in activities and performances put on by both parties.
