Emerging from a modest village with limited resources, my father's unwavering support and emphasis on education ignited a relentless pursuit of excellence within me. Despite being educated by teachers with limited means, I channeled my curiosity through unconventional avenues like BBC radio, which expanded my horizons beyond constraints. My father's practice of preserving newspaper clippings and magazines played a crucial role in enhancing my knowledge.

During my formative years, I found solace in observing my father's business operations, unknowingly sowing the seeds of my current entrepreneurial journey. While my initial aspiration was to become an IAS officer, interactions with seasoned professionals redirected my focus. This led me to pursue a dual bachelor's degree in English literature and psychology, followed by a master's in English literature.

Prior to venturing into the realm of computer education, I honed the requisite skills to match the demands of the rapidly evolving industry. The pivotal juncture of my career in computer education propelled me to explore education leadership further, prompting enrollment in a Leadership program at the University of London. This decision was driven by a desire to establish a chain of schools that foster a relaxed atmosphere, nurturing children's creativity and unveiling their innate potential.

As I delved deeper into the educational landscape, my passion for business growth became increasingly apparent. This led me to undertake an MBA program at NMIMS, Mumbai, amplifying my abilities to steer my enterprises with strategic insight and astute leadership.

With my strong skills in managing various aspects and understanding customer preferences, I excel in shaping distinct brands and their identities. I'm also engaged in developing new product lines tailored to customer requirements. Over three decades of diverse experience, my husband and I collaboratively lead the charge in expanding our enterprises, harmonizing like puzzle pieces to complement each other's strengths.

Growth, in my view, also entails a crucial dedication to the empowerment of all individuals. A profound belief underscores our ethos: the empowerment of women fuels both individual progress and organizational advancement. In my capacity as Director, I rigorously advocate equal opportunities for women in realms like job placements, advancements, skill development, and training. Foremost, steering the computer education enterprise to become one of the nation's top five institutions stands as a pinnacle of achievement. This monumental feat underscores my resolute commitment to elevating educational standards and the indomitable spirit that propelled the institute's ascendancy. The second milestone rests in my instrumental role in reshaping and revitalizing the consulting, warehousing, and industrial sectors and turning them into profitable units. Third, my mark is indelibly etched upon the creation of multiple brands and shaping them, and giving them the best limelight.

What principles guide your leadership success?

Never have a full stop in life. Beyond a dot or dotted line lies boundless opportunity. Motivating teams, agencies, vendors, and consultants—both internal and external— fuels extraordinary achievements and helps them outperform. Fostering drive and motivation propels individuals to elevate benchmarks, shatter limitations, and establish novel standards. Though it might sound trite, my journey epitomizes the truth of daring to dream big—from a village upbringing amidst farmers to steering multiple thriving businesses today.

What strategic path have you charted for the growth phase of the Magus Group and Megasoft Groups? What does the future hold for the company in your vision?

Having witnessed substantial triumphs in education, warehousing, industrial, and residential sectors, my next venture involves realizing a long-held aspiration: launching my own women's fashion brand. This dream has been incubating for the past six to seven years. Drawing from my experience in successfully managing technical education, consultancy, industrial, and warehousing enterprises, I'm poised to embark on an e-commerce startup journey.

Amid the plethora of e-commerce brands, the challenge lies in offering customers garments that combine enduring style with comfort, a task I'm wellprepared for. Through this new endeavor, I aim to carve a distinctive niche in the market, leveraging my multifaceted expertise gained from diverse business realms.

Magus will focus on multiple concepts for commissioning projects spanning across 7 sectors and 65 categories encompassing the entire development of infrastructure and spaces for manufacturing and industrial, logistics and warehousing, residential townships, smart cities, amusement and leisure parks, and agriculture sector making it the most diverse and sought after brand.
