Tell us about the factors that incited the founders to choose this niche domain to venture? As a creator what are your roles and responsibilities towards it? Portray your leadership style and the part you play in the company. Narrate the inception story.

Since the time I started working, recruitment has always been my passion. Before starting Logical Hiring, I had worked with different consulting firms in Bangalore and my experience with them taught me that recruitment in India really requires a great deal of change. We need to have good recruiters who love their work and, above all, recruiters who love interacting with people. It all began with the idea of doing your job in the best possible way without any targets or supervisors and operating independently.

In September 2009, Logical Hiring was established with the intention of doing what I love: Recruitment. Initially, I used to get clients for the business and work on requirements as a recruiter. Gradually, I realized that recruitment is a significant business line in every organization, big or small. No role is small when you enjoy what you do. Our clients’ continued and long standing associations with us are testimonies to our efficiency, skills and reliability.

“Over the past 11+ years, logical hiring has been consistently providing highly rated customer services”

I truly appreciate and thank our partners and clients for being part of our success story and continue to believe that building and maintaining a mutually beneficial business relationship is the key to success.

The society today is witnessing the evolution of women entrepreneurship. What is your perspective towards it? Share your experience of being a women business person.

Certainly, women are doing a great job in society today, hats off to women who, along with their professional life, can easily assume the roles of a wife, mother, daughter, daughter-in-law. Today, women run the majority of the largest corporations in the best possible way adding to this, in the top lists around the world, Indian women are taking their places. Someone who has really inspired me is Chandra Gopalan, who successfully runs Contours India (Female Fitness Gym). Her sense of business, her level of fitness can give anyone a tough competition. She has proved that ‘Age is only a number’.

Brief us about various offerings of logical hiring. As a founder of the company, what are the new strategies that you are looking to leverage in coming years to significantly improve the performance of the company?

Over the past 11+ years, Logical Hiring has been consistently providing highly rated customer services. Our services include permanent staffing, temporary staffing or recruiting contracts, executive recruitment services, business consulting, etc., in areas such as IT, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Telecom, Semiconductor, and more. By employing our services, you can facilitate your hiring with a highly experienced team and professional support.

As a founder of the company, I plan to pursue recruitment in other verticals and regions outside of India. There are certain hopes for the team's expansion, and then COVID-19 certainly gave me time to think about new ways to recruit women, and to prepare for women's advancement & growth in the coming years.

What message would you like to give for the young women entrepreneurs who would like to start their career in a similar industry?

To all the upcoming women entrepreneurs in the similar industry, I have only one message– ‘Go for It’, there is no harm in trying and I believe it is better to attempt and win or lose rather than not trying at all and regretting. However, do your research well before getting into any business, know the market expectations and as I had mentioned earlier, recruitment is an art, you really need to enjoy it if you want to be a successful. Most importantly, having a good understanding of technology and industry trends helps to take it to the next level. So, take your risks, there is only one life, Live it fully!
