The capital of Karnataka has gradually transitioned into one of the most fast-pace ecosystems for innovative companies. For years, the city has been the top most startup ecosystem in India and is now also the foremost one in south East Asia. According to DPIIT, total number of startups registered in Bangalore came up to 5062 in 2020. The city also topped the startup funding list with a total investment of $10.8 billion in 2022.

Bangalore is a city of opportunities, be it the startup world or large multinational organizations, every venture has the perfect playground to succeed. As a result the city is also home to India’s largest and most talented workforce. Be it entrepreneurs, business leaders, VCs, the city has an abundance of talent.

This edition of Women Entreprneeur India magazine celebrates some of the most talented women leaders from Bangalore. Last, yet not the least we have Sandhya Rajendramoorthi is an accomplished HR professional with 12 years of experience and the Founder of VBGYR IT Solutions. A graduate of Anna University and an alumna of IIM Calcutta, Sandhya is committed to empowering women in the workforce.
