The institute has been instrumental in shaping the successful journeys of a plethora of women leaders who have conquered various industries and sectors.

In the current edition of Women Entrepreneur India magazine, we bring to you the success stories of such women leaders. Meet Sarika Gupta, Senior Vice President, CerebrumX. With over 26 years of expertise as an Engineering and Business leader, Sarika Gupta has effectively overseen various verticals, including Global Delivery and Product Engineering. Her managerial roles have spanned technical delivery, personnel supervision, and budget administration.

Annie Valsan, CEO, City Clinic Group also joins the coveted list. She is an accomplished leader with over 24 years in hospital and healthcare management. Annie boasts a proven track record of innovatively implementing projects from conceptualization to realization, showcasing her prowess in healthcare management.

She is joined by Uma Meiyappan, Director, Iyappan Engineering Industries. Uma brings a wealth of experience to her role. With a background spanning multinational corporations and family-run businesses, she leads strategic initiatives, transforming the company into a technologically adept entity. Uma is dedicated to fostering the growth of Indian MSMEs, establishing herself as a prominent figure in the manufacturing sector. Her dream is to make Indian MSME a Brand in the Global market.

Last yet not the least, we have Gayatri Varma, Co-Founder & Mentor, MENTORW. She joined hands with a former colleague to contribute her bit towards helping women succeed at the workplace. MENTORW aims to help women discover their strengths and make these a cornerstone of their professional brand.
