Tata Technologies Launches #Reignite Hiring Campaign for Women on Career Breaks

Tata Technologies is launching a #Reignite hiring campaign targeting female engineers on career breaks, with plans to hire over 1,000 in 2023-24. The company aims to promote gender diversity and equal opportunities, regardless of race, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin. This positive development is a step towards gender equality in the engineering industry.

The women participants who are on a career break can submit their applications by 12 January 2024 for the respective roles. The submission of applications will be in three respective stages mentioned:

Explore: Women Experts will guide the shortlisted applicants on their orientation. During the session, they will be assisted with modern digital engineering services, Tata Technologies as an employer of choice, and also skills on how to crack the interviews.

The individuals who outshine the first round will be promoted to the next stage whereas the rest applicants will receive a certificate of the Reignite orientation programme.

Elevate: In order to advance the soft skills and technical knowledge for significant projects, the stage 1 qualified applicants will be trained. Next, the excelling individuals will pass to the next stage whereas the other people will get a certificate from the respective programme.

Engage: The final stage will provide the applicants with a paid internship offer with expert guidance including personal assistance, project work, and professional insights. Top performers will join Tata Technologies' team, while all participants will receive a certificate from the Reignite Internship program.

The company seeks candidates with potential roles in design engineering, CAD engineering, electric wiring harness, vehicle integration, and Teamcenter release BOM creation, offering global projects and e-learning opportunities.
