Chalet Hotels Limited has been acknowledged and accredited in the 2022 list of "India's Best Workplaces for Women 2022 - Mid-size (Top 10)" by Great Place to Work India. Chalet Hotels Limited is the owner, developer, asset manager, and operator of high-end hotels in important Indian metropolises. The Company has appeared on this esteemed list for the third time in a row, which is a testament to its core principles, which place an emphasis on gender diversity, inclusion, and dismantling barriers to gender equality.

The award is based on private information from questionnaires taken to assess, among other things, employee concerns, gender diversity, and women-friendly policies. A minimum of 70% positive response from the Trust Index Employee Survey was also necessary as part of the strict set of requirements. Chalet Hotels stood out for having policies that were suited to the requirements of the female staff as well as a culture that valued inclusion, diversity, and growth.

Always a strong supporter of empowerment and equal chances, Chalet Hotels provides its female staff with training and development options, such as webinars and live or recorded virtual sessions on relevant subjects. Additionally, the business inspires its staff to proceed with their growth while placing a particular emphasis on preparing women for leadership positions.

Chalet Hotels has put in place progressive practises including the "Wonder Women Initiative," which gives female employees a forum for idea sharing and promotes networking both inside and outside of internal teams. A similar initiative called "Aanchal" provides pregnant women with broad facilities like cab services and flexible work schedules in order to support them during pregnancy. The company also has a policy called "My Saheli" that lets employees stay in touch with the workplace while on maternity leave and promotes connections with daycare centres and other services while at work in order to ensure a smooth transition back to work after becoming parents.

In addition, the company has launched a programme called "Fab Women" that strives to unite all female employees by offering information on health, lifestyle, fitness, social awareness, investment opportunities, children's safety, as well as numerous events and activities. The Pride Side, a nondiscriminatory diversity policy that forbids discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity was introduced by Chalet in 2019. It includes provisions such as no discrimination in the recruiting process and financial support for gender affirmation practises. When necessary, the coverage offers benefits for expert counselling and adoption support. Chalet hosts a number of workshops to help staff become aware of this policy.
