Skills are eminent not just for sustaining but for continuous growth. Soft skills, which initially sat at the back seat, is today steering the wheels of success. From enhanced personality to improved communication, soft skills not just help advance the job ladder but also get your dream job. Hence soft skills is equally important for students and professionals. The skills make it easier to form relationships with people, create trust & dependability and even lead teams. However soft skills are harder to learn or acquire. It’s more challenging to develop, since it has little to do with knowledge or expertise and more with a person’s character or ability to adapt to the skills.

Women entrepreneurs are gaining precedence in training soft skills. It is said that women are better at using soft skills crucial for effective leadership, as per a research. Even Western Reverse University’s report says that women are 86 percent more likely than men to be seen as using the competency consistently, while 45 percent women are more likely than men to be seen as demonstrating empathy consistently. Indeed these things and others compiled together put women as a better master of soft skills.
